Generally yes — this is professional work. That said, registered not-for-profits with constrained budgets get a discounted rate, and certain causes I'm aligned with receive pro-bono support. Ask in your enquiry.
Yes — I frame the auction segment, hand to your professional auctioneer, then keep momentum between lots. For paddle raises I'll bridge from donor story to ask, then read paddle numbers back to the room with energy.
